Cancellations
- Any cancellation within 12 hours of your appointment will be subject to the full treatment fee
- Cancellations within the cancellation period before your appointment will not be subject to fees.
- Clients who either forget or simply choose not to attend the appointment will be considered a “no show” and will be charged the full amount for their missed session.
- Sala Sports Therapy has the right to cancel a treatment with 24 hours notice
- Sala Sports therapy has the right to cancel without notice if the room or environment is unsuitable for treatment, or if the therapist is taken ill
- Sala Sports Therapy commits to rearranging treatments to a new time and date within 2 weeks of the cancelled treatment where possible.
Our commitment to our clients
- All treatments will last for the specified duration purchased
- All clients must complete a consultation form prior to their appointment which will be discussed during your first appointment to create a safe treatment plan
- GP permission may be required before treatments can be provided.
Inappropriate behaviour
- SST has the right to terminate a treatment immediately if the client demonstrates inappropriate or sexual behaviour
- Payment will be collected for the full treatment price
- If the therapist is unable to collect the fee before leaving, an invoice will be sent to the clients address.
- Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue.
Young clients
- Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- The adult must give permission for the treatment to be performed
- The adult must sign the consultation form
- The adult must be present in the room throughout the treatment
Payment
- Sala Sports Therapy accepts payment by card, cash or bank transfer
- Invoices will be sent to client who do not pay for, or who cancel treatments
- Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the issue date
Suitability of sports massage treatment
- Following the consultation form, it will be reviewed by Sala Sports therapy. If there are any medical conditions listed that means massaging would be unsafe, you will be notified.
- Massage treatments are not a substitute for medical examination or medical care
- Always consult your GP for medical advise or medical attention
What to expect after treatment
It is completely normal for you to feel some muscle soreness, aching and on occasion, localised bruising following deep tissue therapy and this will pass as part of the recovery process.
By completing the consultation form, booking and attending treatment, it is taken as proof that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions as described.
