Sala Sports Therapy collect information about you and by signing the consultation form you are agreeing that Sala Sports Therapy will hold your information confidentially and abide by current GDPR guidelines. You also agree that Sala Sports Therapy can contact you regarding treatments and appointments.

- For insurance purposes, information will be held for 7 years.
- Sala Sports Therapy review records every 2 years and destroy information not legally bound to keep.
