What I can offer
I want to make you move better. It is vital to remember that sports massage is not restricted to athletes or sports based trauma or injury.
I have clients from various backgrounds who have received injuries from everyday activities – from office workers, to bricklayers, coach drivers, dog walkers, to over doing it whilst gardening!
My clients are people who have developed tightness, tension or injury, resulting in pain and sometimes restricted range of movement. I can help this with a deep tissue massage, stretching and manipulating the muscles to reduce pain and improve function.
When you book with Sala Sports Therapy you’ll get a bespoke treatment plan just for you, taking into account any medical conditions that may affect the treatment. My goal is not only to keep you moving, but to keep you safe from injury or harm.
I treat the following conditions:
- Chronic sprains/strains
- Muscle tension
- Postural pain
- Sports injury rehabilitation
- Shoulder pain
- Knee pain
- Neck pain
- Leg pain
- Back pain
